Note: Due to the current Canada Post labour dispute, all online orders are pick-up only.
Shipping over $200 is free. Anything under $200, shipping is $15. For out of province or out of country orders extra shipping fees may apply.
Returns
Products, services, treatments, procedures, surgeries, packages, gift cards, skin health cards, and Healthcoin rewards are non-refundable. Transferring paid or prepaid credits may be offered in certain circumstances where an alternative treatment plan is deemed, in Ottawa Derm Centre’s sole and absolute discretion, to be better suited for continued patient care.
