Shipping/Delivery
- All orders are shipped standard or expedited through Canada Post.
- For same-day delivery (applicable within Ottawa region only) are delivered using reliable delivery partners such as Uber.
- Your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days within Ottawa and 5-7 business days for rest of Canada.
- Same-day delivery orders are delivered on the same day for orders received between Monday 8am to Friday 5pm
- Standard Shipping = $15. Free shipping on purchases over $200.
- Shipping to the CANADA only at this time.
- If we can’t fulfill your order you will be notified within 24 hours.
- Please note that due to the Holidays, shipping and delivery could take longer than usual.
Return Policy
PAIGE does not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, except in cases of an allergic reaction. (Please refer to the Allergic Reaction section for more details).
We offer exchanges or refunds for products that are unopened, undamaged, and unused. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with a valid receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders must be returned in their original packaging and shipped at your own cost to OTTAWA DERM CENTRE, 105 A – 460 West Hunt Club, Ottawa ON K2E 0B8. After inspection of the returned order, if no issues are found, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Any products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to PAIGE within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reports made after this timeframe.
Allergic Reaction
We understand that some products may not be compatible with your skin type. PAIGE will refund or credit the specific product that caused an allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within 48 hours of initial use. We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note and/or photos of the reaction to confirm it was caused by one of our products.
Please be aware that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site are provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have concerns about the safety of certain ingredients, please consult your doctor or contact us for more information.
