- All orders are shipped standard or expedited through Canada Post.
- For same-day delivery (applicable within Ottawa and Brockville region only) are delivered using reliable delivery partners such as Uber.
- Your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days within Ontario and 5-7 business days for rest of Canada.
- Same-day delivery orders are delivered on the same day for orders received Mon-Fri between 8am and 2pm for addresses within Ottawa region and Brockville. Please use promo code NOW at check-out for same-day delivery.
- Standard Shipping = $15. Free shipping on purchases over $200.
- Shipping to the CANADA only at this time.
- If we can’t fulfill your order you will be notified within 24 hours.
- Please note that due to the Holidays, shipping and delivery could take longer than usual.
Return Policy
PAIGE does not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, except in cases of an allergic reaction. (Please refer to the Allergic Reaction section for more details).
We offer exchanges or refunds for products that are unopened, undamaged, and unused. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with a valid receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders must be returned in their original packaging and shipped at your own cost to OTTAWA DERM CENTRE, 105 A – 460 West Hunt Club, Ottawa ON K2E 0B8. After inspection of the returned order, if no issues are found, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Any products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to PAIGE within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reports made after this timeframe.
Allergic Reaction
We understand that some products may not be compatible with your skin type. PAIGE will refund or credit the specific product that caused an allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within 48 hours of initial use. We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note and/or photos of the reaction to confirm it was caused by one of our products.
Please be aware that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site are provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have concerns about the safety of certain ingredients, please consult your doctor or contact us for more information.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and hygiene standards, all skincare products are final sale.
Our products contain active ingredients designed to create change in the skin. Individual responses can vary, and some people may experience temporary irritation, redness, or sensitivity. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once purchased.
That said, we’re here to support you. If something doesn’t feel right with a product, or you have questions about how to use it, our team is happy to provide guidance and help you adjust your routine as needed. Please reach out to us.
If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, missing items, or an error), please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
If you’re unsure which products are right for your skin type or concerns, we also offer virtual skin consultations to provide personalized skincare guidance before you purchase.
We recommend patch testing all new products prior to full use.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS and Canada Post.
Same-Day Delivery: Available within Ottawa and Brockville, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM. (Select the same-day delivery option at checkout.) Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery Times:
- Ontario: 2-3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping is $9.99 CAD.
- Free shipping is available on purchases over $500 CAD.
- Shipping insurance is available for $4.99 CAD.
Shipping Insurance:
Shipping insurance provides coverage for a single, one-time claim per customer for lost or missing packages. This coverage may only be used once and is not renewable. After a claim has been approved, no additional shipping insurance claims will be accepted on any future purchases.
PAIGE reserves the right to verify delivery status with the carrier and may request supporting documentation prior to approving any claim. PAIGE reserves the right to limit or refuse shipping insurance claims where abuse, repeated claims, or account duplication is suspected.
Shipping Area: Shipping is only available within Canada.
